Shipping Cost
$4.95 Flat Rate Shipping in the USA!
Within the continental U.S., 48 states, we’ll ship your ENTIRE order regardless of how much you purchased for a LOW FLAT RATE of $ 4.95. This promotion only applies to US 48 states. Items are generally shipped within 48-72 hours following the placing of your order. Delivery typically takes 2-6 business days from the day the package is shipped (excluding holidays and times of bad weather) depending on the shipping zone of the destination.
$7.95 Flat Rate Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii may take longer. Please allow at least a week for delivery.
$8.95 Flat Rate Shipping to U.S. Territories
Orders to APOs, FPOs, DPOs, and U.S. Territories are usually shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
We Do Not Offer Free Shipping. We wish we could offer free shipping, but as a small business, we can’t afford to do so without raising our prices. We appreciate your understanding. There may be internet sites that claim to offer free shipping codes for our products, but they are not affiliated with Pie Berry Kitchen, and any coupon code they may offer is not valid. We regret the confusion this causes for some of our customers.
How We Ship
USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail is often the most economical and quickest way to ship your order, and we ship the majority of our orders this way. We also use UPS and FedEx if we feel it is the best way. Delivery time averages between 2-6 days depending on your distance from Gurnee, IL, and USPS does not deliver packages on Saturday. We will do our best to get your order out the door as soon as possible but, please understand that we are not responsible for the delivery schedule of our carriers.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number and a link to the tracking page.
When We Will Ship
Orders are processed in the order that they are received. We process orders 5 days a week and ship within 48 hours, sometimes sooner. We are a small shop where each order is filled, weighed, and packaged by hand, to order. Note: During the Holiday season we may busier than usual and we may become behind in shipping. It is best to plan ahead and allow up to 10 days or more for the delivery of your products. Outside of the Holiday Season, please email us if you would like a “rush” on your order. We will do our best to honor your request.
Shipping Internationally
We are sorry but, due to the problems with custom tariffs, taxes, surcharges and the possibility of product confiscation, we no longer can accept international orders. We will be happy to ship an order to any address which lays within the United States or its territories.
Overnight/Expedited Shipping
We don’t generally offer overnight shipping. Most of our shipping is already “expedited” by using U.S.P.S First Class or Priority Mail. If you have a situation in which you need the product by the following day, please give us a call (847) 312-1555 or email us using our contact form, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns and Refunds
Returns
We stand by the quality of our products and offer a no-hassle returns policy. We will accept returns for a full 30 days after the receipt date and offer a full or partial refund once we receive the return. If you need to return items for personal reasons (i.e., you ordered too many, you ordered the wrong items, etc.), then you pay for return shipping and your refund will include only the cost of the unopened boxes of products we receive back.
If you are returning a product because of our mistake, we will give you a full refund, plus a refund on your return shipping costs. To do this, you must send us an email before returning the item(s) at support@pieberrykitchen.com. All refunds will go through the initial way you made the payment — either Checkout, PayPal, or Check.

Pie Berry Kitchen
Pie Berry Kitchen offers a one-year replacement warranty which covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal home-use during the Warranty Period. During the one year Warranty Period, Pie Berry Kitchen will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal home-use and maintenance. The Warranty Period for our products is 365 days from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
Other Manufacturers
Warranties are provided by the product manufacturer only. Information concerning warranties, locations, and addresses of service centers is provided in each manufacturer’s product literature. All products are warrantied for home-use only unless explicitly stated by the individual manufacturer that it is warrantied for commercial use. Please keep your receipt for any purchase for proof of purchase which may be needed by the manufacturer. If we are able, we can provide you with a receipt upon request, but we can’t guarantee the availability of such records.
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

Ordering Options
Our online ordering system has been designed to be easy and transparent. There are no hidden charges and you know right away what your shipping charges will be. Most orders will have shipping charges of a flat $4.95 (continental US or “lower 48”), $7.95 for Alaska & Hawaii, and $8.95 for U.S. Territories. If you have any trouble with your cart or with checking out, we’d like to know so we can make any improvements which would make the checkout process easier.
Sales Tax
No sales tax will be charged unless your order is shipped to an address in Illinois.
Receipt/Confirmation
A receipt will be emailed to you after checkout. Be sure to print and file it, as you may need it later for warranty proof. (Depending on manufacturer.)
Online Ordering
After adding all items to the “Cart”, click the link to Checkout. During checkout, if you with, you can choose to create an account and/or sign up for our mailing list. You are not obligated to create an account or to sign up for our mailing list. You can choose “Checkout as Guest”. You will be asked for your email address right away, as this will be the primary way we will be able to communicate with you after the order has been completed.

If you prefer to call your order in, please be patient with us. We will do our best to answer the phone when you call, but we a a small family business, and we may be packing orders, or making new products. Please speak clearly and slowly so we can write it down the first time. 🙂 We will call you back as soon as we can! Call (847) 312-1555. You can provide your order info and pay by credit card for immediate shipment or you can complete mail a check or money order. Orders paid with a money order purchased from a U.S. Post Office are processed for shipment upon receipt of the payment.
